All orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from your purchase date.

Summer Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that during the hot summer months, tallow cream may melt during transit, especially in warmer regions or when left in hot mailboxes or delivery trucks.

To help minimize this, I freeze all tallow cream prior to shipping. However, once your order leaves my hands, I cannot control how it is handled by the carrier or the temperature it is exposed to.

I am not responsible for melted products during shipping.
If your tallow cream arrives soft or melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to restore its texture. This does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.

By placing an order during the summer season, you acknowledge the risk of heat exposure during shipping and agree to accept the condition of your products as-is upon delivery.
